Am learning that moving means get up and move, even a little. Around the block is a quarter of a mile, so I go twice around the block from time to. Then when I do a longer walk, it all really adds up. Feels good.
As an aside, I set that 75 miles goal after exploring two other 90-day challenges. Oops. Never meant for that to be all in one month. Too newbie and out of shape for that, but what the hey? Let's see how far I can go.0 -

It's *completely* acceptable to add "tenths" of a mile if you know what they were! :bigsmile: Those can add up to substantial miles over the course of a month!0 -

Thankful for the short thunderstorm we had yesterday; it surprisingly reduced the humidity for today. Had a great 4 miler this morning with a much better time (34:21) then I had on Tuesday. I will say that even with the lower humidity...those hills are KILLERS! I keep thinking they will get easier as I continue to run them.
