I am not sure but I can't seem to update my ticker. I tried going to the ticker site and I can't seem to find where to put in my PIN, so I tried creating a new one but then it wouldn't let me cut and paste it. Oh well.
Anyway, Biked 2 miles today and walked 2.

Go to: www.tickerfactory.com
Choose: Exercise & Fitness Ticker
Pick your ticker background and icon.
On the next page you have to complete all the fields
Then when you click next, a page is displayed that has the code on it.
Copy the bb code (what's in the box.)
Come back here and paste it in your post.
Every time you want to update, you will need to go back to tickerfactory and enter your password, update the miles(kms) and then copy and paste again.0 -

This last week was crazy and I allowed it to get the best of me. Unfortunately, very little exercise.
