I didn't make my June running goal (thanks to starting a new job), so I'll readjust for July. I'll aim for 45 running miles and 30 miles on the elliptical.
July 1 - 2.6 miles (elliptical).

I love this idea!! I'm a newbie but have been walking/jogging since June. I will keep my same goal of 60 miles for July since I'll be vacationing for a week! Thanks for helping to keep us motivated!!0

Ok, SInce I am new at this and way out of shape, I am going to start with 30 miles. That's one mile a day. I surely can handle that.0
