NSV....Something I love

I don't know if I'd really call this an NSV...I guess it was more of an epiphany and a success in my mind. I realized when I stopped putting all the crap into my body that I used to (about 3-4 sodas a day & lots of fried foods and sweets), and getting the nutrients and exercise I needed, my body responded by shedding the pounds. It is telling me it didn't want to hold onto that other stuff either. The pounds are coming off at a slow and steady, yet regular, pace and I couldn't be happier :-)

    Awesome! I can relate!! Cut back on fried foods and started drinking more water and yes the pounds are dropping!!

    If you're anything like me, after a while, if you do eat something greasy, it will make you sick. I went out with my family yesterday to a fast food burger place and just walking in and smelling all the grease was gross. Keep up the good work!!!
