I have a diabetes and need to eat low carb diet but however I realized I'm not getting enough potassium, if you are in same situation and you have done something successfully to increase potassium intake and still managed your carbs, could you please share your experience, what foods you ate and how much etc. Thanks in advance.

Guarantee you get more than enough if you are eating at least relatively balanced.
Potassium is something that is not always listed on Nutritional facts and also not accurately tracked on MFP for most food items.0 -

You will have to pick out of the list which are low carb. Lots of veggies so there are a bunch to pick from. Papaya and the melons on the fruit are low(er) carb. I am not going to recommend the snuff. That is disgusting and a little disappointed a medical site put that on their list.0 -
