    I am very happy and healthy and feel like my whole life has changed. I am so glad that one year ago I decided that I was ready to change my life and I haven't looked back.

      Thanks. It has been a long hard journey, but I am soo glad I have stuck to it. Even with all of my physical issues, I have managed to overcome a lot.

      Thank you for your post. I hope to lose 100 lbs. by my birthday next April, but realistically, based on where I am and the rate of loss, it will probably be more like 80 lbs.

      Way to go. It is nice to hear from someone who has stuck with it and is enjoying their results.:flowerforyou:

      That's great! You look awesome, and more important it sounds like you feel awesome :)
      It's been 3 years for me, I was down 70 lbs but gained back 25, back on track now.. It's a tough road, as everyone here knows!
      And since it's a LIFELONG journey, obviously there'll by hills and valleys.

      I always tell people "you change more on the inside than you'll ever change on the outside" during your weightloss journey.

      Wow, that's amazing! I checked out your photos, and you looks so different!!! You're an inspiration to me, I too am in college and find it so hard to stick to a diet AND workout plan I can do either, but I find it so hard to do both at the same time:noway: . Anyway, I love seeing how much people like you have succeeded and how AMAZING you look after that success. Congratulations girl, keep up the good work! :drinker:
