5'8, 302lbs, 26 pants, 20/22 shirt.
Funny thing is, I've kept off about 35 lbs for a few years and the pant size never changed! Oh well... just where I lost it I guess0 -

I would like to weigh 150 1bs eventually! I have considered lap band surgery but giving this a try first!
DO NOT GIVE UP!! I was 228 pounds LAST YEAR. I am 5' 3" and I weigh 173 pounds! I have a friend who had gastric bypass and she lost a lot of weight quickly, but she has to take handfuls of vitamins daily and it just seemed so drastic to me. She was my inspiration. I thought I'd try counting my calories, taking a multivitamin, and exercising an hour every day, and it has worked! My final goal is to get down to a normal BMI, which I have never been to before. The exercise helps counteract bad eating days and helps keep my spirits up. I hope you have success in your efforts. Friend me if you like, I'd love to see your progress!0 -
