I've been in a slump of sorts the past several weeks. In fact, back at the end of February when I first started my journey, I set a goal for July 1 to hit my first big milestone of weightloss. I missed it by only 4 pounds. I've continued eating and working out as I have been all along. However, I've started running more versus walking. The only difference is I have not been as faithful to journal my eating and exercise on MFP. I'm assuming this slump is partly due to the muscle I'm building through running. Any pointers out there that might help me get over this hurdle for continued weight loss to reach my ultimate goal?

I think your transition from walking to running is great, and as you biild up stamina, will burn a lot of calories. But, in my opinion, you need to log food intake and at least have a clue on calories in / out. Plus, drink more water than you want to.0
