NC girl here

I have been around for 25 days, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Sandi, I am 44 and I live in NC. I have 2 "kids", a Son Brian who is 20, 21 in September and is in the AF currently living in England, hopefully moving back to the states in January. I don't want to place blame for my weight gain, BUT, when he left for basic training :sad: , I got a "little" depressed and out of control and gained some weight, then he left for England and....UGH! I also have a Daughter who just turned 16 and will soon get her license..another stress. I am here trying to get my weight under control before she leaves for college :sad: Good luck to all


My ticker say's I have 9 lbs to go, but that is my first goal...I would like to lose about 10 more than that...but we shall see
