'Insanity' and running??

I have only been on MFP for a few days now so would really appreciate it if people could add me so we can share support :0))

Weight-168lbs

I am starting 'Insanity' tomorrow and am planning to run on the treadmill also...I have been working out a lot at the gym lately so consider myself to be fitter lol...Has anyone else done both together?? And would you say running is better before or after the workout??
