I'm going vegetarian again because I miss how energetic and healthy I felt while I was a vegetarian. I'm just concerned about my protein because of how often I workout now, about 6 times a week. Do you know any vegetarian foods that are high in protein or food I should just consider in general?

I definitely eat a lot of tofu! There are a lot of different ways to cook it and I can add whatever flavor I want to. Also rice & beans together, because it's a complete protein. Leafy greens and soymilk are also good :)

Vegetarians can still eat whey right? Whey protein should handle most along with what blondie there listed.
