Hello everyone! An aquantence at my public pool recommended this site to me because I told her that I'm trying to lose the baby fat from my my son that I had 5 years ago. She said that it was very helpful for her. I immediatly joined and I'm so glad I did. Since before joining I've lost 15 pounds....but I really want to lose a lot more. There are a lot of tools on this site and I'm sure that I will achieve my weight lose goals for the year. :smile:

    I just joined yesterday and am also excited to hopefully get the results I want too. I also have kids and just had the last one 7 weeks ago so really want to loose baby fat too. Let's do this together!:smile:
