Mini challenge: burn 2000 calories in 5 days

I need to stop being lazy and get back into exercise. Who wants to join me on a challenge for this week.

Aim 2000 calories burnt from exercise in 5 days (by the weekend).

You can do 5 x 400 calories per day etc

I will check in everyday :drinker: .

    I usually do a gym workout of 30-40 cardio and 10-15 minutes weights/situps
