I need to stop being lazy and get back into exercise. Who wants to join me on a challenge for this week.
Aim 2000 calories burnt from exercise in 5 days (by the weekend).
You can do 5 x 400 calories per day etc

I'll shoot for 5000 calories burned in 5 days and you can burn 2000 in five. As I like to say, let's get to KMOA (Kicking My Own *kitten*)
