Moving Forward Gallbladderless

I was doing good for many months and lost over 70 lbs. Then, I started to get sick for months with stomach issues and pain. Didn't really gain much weight back, but stopped losing. About a month ago I ended up in hospital and found out my gallbladder was very sickly and I had many stones. Since surgery, I have put on about 10 lbs, half of which or more is probably water weight cause I have been dehydrated.
Trying to get back on losing the rest of my weight now. I can start strength training in 2 weeks when my restriction is up and in the meantime, I'm going to start eating better again and doing lower impact cardio.
Anyone else have gallbladder issues from weight loss? My doctors said it is very common if you lose a substantial amount of weight.
