All Nite (Don't Stop) by Janet Jackson.

This song is on my playlist more than once, that way I never drop below a certain heart rate. Every time I hear it and the beat kicks in and she says "It's time to dance," I'm like: "S*** just got real."

    CELEBRATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • I find that really upbeat bluegrass gospel music helps me kick it into high gear to finish a workout, no matter how exhausted I am. I especially like the song "I Know The Sun Will Shine" by Jeff and Sheri Easter. It rocks!

It's called Zombie, and it's by The Cranberries. Great song!

Smooth Criminal is my 'push through it' song. Michael definitely keeps me going when I wanna quit : )
