I have become a fan of wraps. Does anyone have any suggestions of healthy mixtures that i can fill a wrap up with to eat for dinners or lunches?

Have you tried a Greek Wrap?
Chop up some red onion, cucumber, bell peppers, handful spinach and some feta cheese and top off with feta and oregano calorie wise dressing or italian dressing. Yum!

Another one of my favourites is a Tuna Wrap :D
Its like the greek wrap but with half a can of tuna and without the feta cheese. This might sound weird but I like how tuna taste with strawberries or grapes so I add those in as well. Hope I gave you ideas you`ll like :)

grilled chicken, lettuce, carrotts, celery, sprinkle of blue cheese, Bolthouse ranch or blue cheese dressing.
You could change the cheese to something else or leave it out. I grill the chicken with Franks bbq wings sauce.

I also use turkey, swiss, lettuce, red & green pepper strips with spicy mustard.

Another idea is to make a breakfast wrap. Make an omelette with all your favorite toppings for a quick and easy breakfast wrap.

    - peanut butter and jam - surprisingly healthy go easy on the jam,
    - chicken breast and red peppers
-chicken and a fistfull of spinach and a drizzle of reggae reggae sauce, ( for a spicy bbq chicken healthy option)

i favour these as fillings because not only are they healthy, they feel really naughty too, each come in at under 300 cals including the wrap, and will act as an entire meal (lunch)

    blt wrap:

    low carb wrap (i use mama lupes - 7 carbs a wrap :D )
    lettuce
mayo (low fat or low fat ranch dressing as a substitute)
    turkey bacon
    tomatoe(s)

**as an added bonus on days i'm under calories, i'll saute the wrat in a pan (with either country crock light or the spray fake butter) and let it rest for a second.. it gets just crispy enough but still plyable & it's kinda like a chalupa crust... :)
