Hi

I keep adding then deleting this app. Each time I start really well then a meal out with friends or something similar comes up, I fall off the diet and I delete the app lol.
I need to lose about a stone which to some may no seem a lot but the weight in recent months just seems to be piling on. Any encouragement would be great.

Thanks

Azza

    Hi There ,
The trick is not to get disheartened just because you have one bad day ... its all about getting back on it straight away and learning from it ... you wil find it gets easier .. will send you a friend request as having a support network really does help !!!

the secret is to be honest with yourself....... when you go over ur cals, get on the app, and log the meal, nobody is going to come knocking on ur door and blowing up your fridge.....

get honest, and stick with it, it does pay off......although bare in mind some of the protein and carb readings are inaccurste, but the calories counting side of the site is accurate, so stick with it...........
