There's this house mix by Bad Boy Bill - Bang the Box II. It's about an hour long and my favorite thing to listen to while doing cardio... never check the time or anything when it's playing.

    other than that...
I Like That by Richard Vission
    Birthday Cake by Rhianna.
Pretty Girl Rock by Keri Hilson

    Free Bird.

Have got in from a run where I finally cracked C25K Week 5 Day 2 after nearly three weeks of trying - just as I was flagging, this song came on my iPod and gave me the push I needed.

    God bless Lynyrd Skynyrd!

Living On a Prayer by Bon Jovi! it's the song we sing on my swim team when a really hard practice is almost over :)

I also love Let it Rock by Kevin Rudolph, and Remember the Name by Fort Minor, Edge of Glory and Scheiße by Lady Gaga, Wavin' Flag by K'naan.

whenever any of those songs come on my iPod I always sing along, out of breath and usually off key. it's so fun :D

I'll add a few oldies but goodies:

Cum On Feel the Noize - Quiet Riot
We're Not Gonna Take It - Twisted Sister
American Girl & Runnin' Down a Dream - Tom Petty

and for some reason I like to end with Only the Young - Journey (maybe cause I'm not so young anymore?)

Depends on what work out I'm doing, but for me right now power songs are ...

    "Superstar 2" - Saliva
    "Love Bites" - Halestorm
"Know Your Enemy" - Rage Against the Machine
"The Motto" - Drake & Lil' Wayne
    "N**** in Paris" - Kayne West & Jay Z

There's some good ones on here! I'm gonna have to read this over and pick some more.
