    I am using Body By Vi as well and loosing
    I LOVE IT..now to increase my workouts---just hard to do with the temperatures being over 100 here and a newborn

    Well done its great to hear your success keep on loosing your pictures look great!! Its is good to read all the positive comments on this site I have only been on the site a week and have already lost 2lb I am still in shock as I have eaten far more this last week than I have in ages. My GP recommended this site as she said I was actually not eating enough and therefore going into survival mode .... my metabolism is very slow but this week has been a complete turnaround. :flowerforyou:

    Great job! I have tried the shakes. I'm not very consistent with it though! I try to drink one in the morning. I just started using MFP so hopefully I will have as much success as you! :)
