Oh yes, my dream is to look like this chick. Well for now at least, until I totally pass her up on the hottness scale.
I'm getting pretty darn close.
And yes I know it should be *ambassador. This is someone's remake of a nike ad, and they spelled it wrong.

Keep lifting heavy while doing variations of squats, lunges and leg presses and its possible judging by some of your side photos. Glute bridges with a weight plate on your hips won't hurt, either.0

Mostly what I was born with, but doing heavy squats definitely doesn't hurt.0

This reminds me of the Nigerian Powerhouse, Anowa Adjah. She's all about losing weight, not the curves. I say you should check out her YouTube videos. She's my role model.0

^^^^This. Glute bridges were a game changer for me. I used to have a flat pancake butt but not anymore. It takes some work but it can be done.0 -

^^^^This. Glute bridges were a game changer for me. I used to have a flat pancake butt but not anymore. It takes some work but it can be done.
