150 SQUATS! Body weight style or add weights if that's too easy.
No weight? Grab anything a little heavy!
You can do these ANYWHERE!
I'll be doing them at work, in sets, throughout the day.
Post once to join the challenge and again (before midnight!) when completed.

I'm in too. Not sure I can do them cause i haven't done a squat in years haha, but i'll try and hey at least i'll be farther along than i was.
Current count done = 60

I would count it towards however, if you normally do 150 then this isn't much of a challenge, I suggest adding weightI'm in!
