Hello from the Houston area!

I've never posted an intro but I've been on MFP since just after Christmas. I've lost 18 pounds so far and am pleased with my progress except I hit a plateau a couple of months ago and the scale hasn't moved since then. Admittedly, I was off MFP for approximately 2 months and I must say you definitely eat better when you have to log it. That said, I've been back on for a little over a week and hope to start seeing some results again. I've readjusted my goal a little so instead of being 2 pounds away, I'm now 7 pounds away.

I need a little feedback from some of you who may have experienced this same issue. Do you reccomend still trying to lose a pound a week? Or increasing your calorie intake to where your goal is to lose a half pound a week?

    Congrats on your 18 lbs. Keep up the great work. Would love to get to know you better. I live in Dallas and travel to Houston often.
