    Gonna try sprint work for the *first* (sort of) time at the HS track in town when it cools off tonight. Maybe I'll punish my legs with some stadiums :):sad:

    well I did 30DS level 2 and really pushed it hard and got a good burn. Hopefully I'll get to do a run later too but for now, this sweaty mess is hitting the showers;-)

    I'm probably doing a short (20-minute) run. I've just got to make sure I get it done between getting home and doing any Friday happy hours or outings...

    Nothing.................but i will be doing a massive walk tomorrow (www.parishwalk.com) so could be doing 19 miles or 30.5 depending on how i feel :)

    One hour non-stop walking outside, if the heat wave has left, then I might push that to 2 hours

    Followed by short kettlebell workout

    Normally I'd do a Jillian Michaels dvd, but I'm going hiking tomorrow so today is a "rest day" so I'm taking my kids swimming. I like to still do something active on my rest days.

    30 minutes on a stair stepper with a 35 pound vest on, 30 minutes + of strength training (chest, bi, tri and abs today) and maybe squeeze in a walk tonight after dinner with my daughter in the stroller when the sun is going down- takes 30 minutes.
