So, folks--how was week one?
i walked four days and behaved myself. I didn't lose but I didn't gain either.:drinker:0 -
I was horrible towards the end of the week.... but 2.4 pounds lost... so I'LL TAKE IT!!

I am trying to do the c25k so on off days plan to walk 30 min. I have a little 8 week old that I'm BF'ing, so may have to adjust goal if it start to affect my milk supply.

I would really love to be at 175 but with no thyroid, it's hard for me to lose weight so I'm being realistic with my goal!0 -

I did measure though last night and it looks like I lost about a half ink- inch in my hips and waist so I don't know. At least I will have a nice food diary to show the doctor if the time comes.0 -

I'm in. I'm finishing ChaLean Extreme this week and starting Brazil Butt Lift next week. I have lost 28 lbs but have 12 left to get to goal weight. BBL should help me lose that last 10 pounds. I like that all the workouts in BBL are only 30 minutes.

okay .... more interesting news... 1.3 pounds gained.... 289.9. I don't think I am going to meet my goal .

what I don't understand is it says basically my body needs aproxx 2500 cals to stay the same.... I was eating 1580 (+ exercise cals on some days) then bumped it to 1.5 pound a week so like 1840 or something because I was gaining so I thought maybe just maybe I need more.... and I still gain. I do the daily challenges (the crunch,squat,tricep,calve,pushup days) and stay pretty active at home (like cleaning and keeping up with 10 month old) and ride the bike like 30 minutes 3-4 times a week.
any insight would be great.... now I am just keeping track to show a doctor because when I have gone in in the past they just assume I don't try and say you need to try harder.0 -
