To Yoga or Not To Yoga

I truly LOVE doing Yoga, and I like to do it everyday. Is there a downside to the idea of doing an hour to an hour and a half of yoga every evening before bed? Will it cause me to hit a wall in my training/toning?

I do yoga after work because I've found it really tones my abs. It also helps me sleep. This is in addition to my morning cardio workout.1

To Yoga for sure !!! I love Yoga also, I don't see any negative side to it... If you enjoy it, then continue ! It's important to do the exercise we enjoy the most..:-)0

I don't feel like there would be a downside at all.
When I did Bikram Yoga, they actually advocated doing it daily. I would have loved to, but it was so expensive!0 -
do it! unless you're doing it incorrectly and get hurt, there is no downside.0
