Anyone know how many calories burned during 60 minutes of zumba??

    depending on the individual anywhere from about 700-1000. my 45 minute workout usually is about 650

    It is not 100% accurate, such as you would get with a HRM, but it works (as long as you are honest!) since I lost almost 5 pounds doing Zumba 4 times last week and tracking exercise and calories consumed on MFP!

    I am 5'3" and weigh around 180lbs, and my HRM says I average 600 cals in a 60 minute session
