    Done. Did these at work. 75 on my morning break, 75 on my afternoon break. No weights at work, but since I did squats, lunges and steps with weights last night that's probably just as well.

    I completed my 150! I did 10 sets of 15 and that was a lot harder than I thought it would be. My legs are burning! I really felt it in my knees! Thanks for the challenge!
  • Gonna try it! Just did 1 set of 50 at work, 2 more before I leave at 5! I'll post it later :)

    I completed my 150! I did 10 sets of 15 and that was a lot harder than I thought it would be. My legs are burning! I really felt it in my knees! Thanks for the challenge!

    Make sure you are using proper form or you could damage your knees. You should feel squats mostly in your bum and upper legs, not your knees.

    I haven't gotten caught popping up over the cubicle wall....yet.

    1/3 done:
    20 - Narrow Stance
    20 - Standard (shoulder-width stance)
    5 - Single leg, left
    5 - Single leg, right

    2/3 in now...
    25 plie squats with tricep dips (with Miss Jillian)
    25 standard.

    The last 50 will BURN...
