92 lbs gone - Goal Reached! Pics

I stepped on the scale this morning, and that little, white machine had given me some great news. It told me I weighed 199 pounds. Woah! That's 92 lbs from where I started and it just happened to be my first initial goal!
Starting from 291 lbs, that number seemed like a lifetime away and I had wondered how I let myself get to that point. However, I told myself it was time for a change. My health, my happiness, and my life depended on it.
Since then, I look better, I feel better, and I don't have trouble doing things that I did before. I have learned to eat healthier, cook healthier, and understand what my body needs. I went from never lifting a finger to exercise to doing something every day in one form or another.
So, because I'm happy, I would like to share a few pictures from along the road. The beginning ones are embarrassing, but looking at them now makes me happy that I am where I am today. I am resetting my goal to 185 lbs, but with more emphasis on weight training and less on the weight loss schedule I have been on. I want to tone up and eventually be in the best shape of my life.
I'd like to thank my MFPals for the support, motivation, and kind words during my journey. I hope I can provide the same for you when you need it. You guys and gals rock.
