Never done one before, but I will give it a try!!
Make sure you use proper form.
Here a small pointer: Good luck! Slowly lower your body, while bending your legs. Be sure not to lean forward. Don't allow your knees to extend over your toes. Keep squating until you are in a seated position

I completed my 150! I did 10 sets of 15 and that was a lot harder than I thought it would be. My legs are burning! I really felt it in my knees! Thanks for the challenge!
Make sure you are using proper form or you could damage your knees. You should feel squats mostly in your bum and upper legs, not your knees.
Thank you! I was using a mirror to make sure I was doing them right. I watched a YouTube video before I did them too. I honestly have not done squats in nine years. My knees started hurting during the last couple of sets, so I was probably getting tired and got sloppy. I definitely don't want to damage my knees.0 -
