So its been just over 2 years since I've gone on this weight loss journey. While the scale no longer moves I was originally 260lbs and now I am 206. I firmly believe the scale lies, and I know that I weigh less than this, however, with the amount of muscle mass I have accumulated this is what the scale says for now.

    you look great! and much happier too. Try adjusting your calorie intake, types of activity, etc and see if that helps the scale move any. I have to pretty much re-create my eating and workout plan every 3-5 weeks to keep seeing results.

    A true inspiration for all of us!! Weight loss seems soooo incredibly scary when there is A LOT that needs to be done. It is a slow process, and it is really one of the hardest things in life to alter your way of living.     Yup, years are moving backwards for sure.

    Don't fight the scale too much.. It gives only one information, but it's pretty accurate about that information. Use this to move forward :)

    You lost a lot of weight, look younger and happier, and look forward to next year, this is a great success story :)
