    Calories a day? 1430 (.5 lb a week loss) + 300 for breastfeeding

    How long? Not sure. This is my second account, it's around the 6 month mark.
    Daily calories? Also 1600.
    Eat back exercise calories? Yes, usually nearly all but always at least half.

    I actually eat in the 3000-3500 calorie range. Most of my weight loss though was at a net of 2000 calories, eating back my exercise calories I ate 2700-3000 calories a day.

    How many calories a day do you eat without exercise calories? I have a static target of 1900 which includes exercise (approx. 150 a day average exercise cals) so without exercise = 1750.

    I've been on here since October 2011 so 7 months.
    I eat 2000 total, around 1500 net.
    Exercise cals are already included, I use bmr/tdee.

    Have lost weight before on 1200 cals total with NOT eating back exercise and have regained it everytime.

    I am so so so sorry about starting this tread and I will get hell from my friends but I am having a discussion with someone about the fact that those of us long term success stories are those that eat way more than 1200 calories a day and eat their exercise calories.

    So I want to do a survey.

    i have been on here for about a year. I got ot my goal weight last october and have been maintaining since then.

    I eat about 2000 calories

    I've been on here 14 months. Eating more didn't work for me (tried it for 3 months and weight loss was cut in half). I net 1200 calories on workout days (I eat ALL the calories my HRM said I burned) and on non-workout days I net 1400 calories.
