I'm not sure if the group is still open. I tried to find it but it wouldn't come up for me. I'm actually looking to lose 10lbs every month til the end of October. I have an awesome pair of size 10 jeans that I really want to be able to wear for my birthday this year. So 20 lbs in the next 2 months will be my half way mark.

This is exactly what I need! I am looking to lose 20 - 30 pounds by December (Summer!) so this should definitely get me on track. I'm not sure if I'll lose the full 20pounds as I'm not overly overweight to begin with, so it's a little harder to get the kilos to drop off than say if I were bigger. But I am definitely in this to give it my all! Good luck to everyone!

I'm really excited to join this group! I would love to do this. I'm going to be honest though I'm 23 with PCOS. I'll be moving soon and starting a new job. I'll be moving from PA to Durham NC. So it's gonna be a big change. However, I want to loose weight for myself and for my job. :] Nothing to motivate you like having other people seeing your progress >.<0 -

I am just getting going.
I weighed at the dr yesterday afternoon, so I will use that weigh in. 249.2. My calorie intake says 1490 calories on mfp.

I am trying to change habits for good and be healthy. I feel so frumpy. I can tell the last bit of weight affects my belly fat. And I know that is the worst! So tonight I did go for a 60 minute walk. It is hot out. I was sweating and a little out of breath, but a pretty good pace.

I would also like to join in! I have to lose weight for my wedding next June and need to find a dress soon but am embarrassed because I have gained around 30 pounds in the last two years at college! I would love to lose the thirty I have gained but it is good to start somewhere! This is an awesome idea!

the next couple weeks are going to be rough because i'm going on a 10 day vacation that involves my best friends wedding but I want to be held accountable!

I'm in but I have been stuck at this plateau for about a year. More exercise with less food, More food and less exercise, gluten free vegan, paleo. Nothing seems to work. But I will do my absolute best.

I'm in! I do focus more on body fat %, but I'd love to see the scale get a little lighter! A lot of you are on 1200 cals/day, which really isn't much especially with exercise. I could never eat that little...good luck!
