Hi everyone
I'm new to the forum but not MyFitnessPal.
A quick intro about me. At my heaviest weight I was 265.5 lbs (7 years ago). I decided to get in better shape for myself and for my children. I lost 125 lbs and got down to 140 lbs. I found a passion for exercise and weight training. I loved it! I decided to get my teeth fixed as part of the total transformation - braces and 2 jaw surgeries. During the jaw surgery recovery I had to go on a liquid diet for 14 weeks. When I was allowed to start chewing again everything went nuts. I feel like all things went to hell since then. These past 2 years have been a struggle with weight loss. I go up and down between 150 lbs - 165. As of this morning my weight was 169 lbs. I don't want to go back to my heaviest weight so here I am! I bought a FitBit and want to be diligent about logging my meals and exercise. I need all the support I can get.![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Thanks for listening!
