    also zucchini grilled, throw some marinara sauce and some cheese of your choice and youve got low calorie meal. i also cut it up and put it in spaghetti, tofu scramblers, and everything else that i can. im addicted.

    I love grilled zucchini. I like to grill it with yellow squash, potato, and onion. Salt and pepper is all I use for a seasoning. I am gonna have to try some of the other things I have seen posted in this thread. They sound great. Thanks for sharing.

    i love grilled zucchini planks too. but i'm a purist. don't need more than s&p, maybe some garlic.. or just montréal steak seasoning.

    Montreal Steak Seasoning is what I use for all my grilled veggies, including zucchini. I love the stuff!

    I cooked mine with cherry tomatoes- they were getting alittle old and wrinkled- but they were great with the zucchini

    i also grill it on my george foreman.

    or i'll slice it up and eat it with hummus. so yum.
