Just finished the second fit test. I started it once before but quit because of some family stresses. Determined to finish this time!

I'm halfway through week 3. Although it's still kicking my butt, it's not as much. Feel free to add me. I sometimes blog about my "Road to INSANITY."

I love Insanity. I'm currently in my 2nd month, week 2. I'm loving butt whooping Shaun T. gives me. Yes, it's definitely hard but I love the challenge. I'm going to start round 2 in aug again & want to get another round in before Christmas.

Insane, here. Feel free to add me as well. I'm starting the 2nd week of a hybrid with Chalean Extreme. My ankle gets unhappy with daily plyometrics, so this lets me space it out. I <3 Shaun T, even if he is a complete sadist.

Waiting for Insanity 2. I have Turbo Fire shipping now, so I'll do that next. I suspect that will be a lot more manageable after completing Insanity!

I'm an Insanity fan as well, I've done a couple of rounds of it, always with good results. I'm also a P90X fan, finally convinced my wife to try it and she is hooked. She always thought it would make her look too ripped but with the right weight and reps she is looking great.

Now I blend both together, use Insanity several days a week for Cardio, and P90X for weight training, also incorporate cycling, walking, etc.

I made it through the first 30 days barely, then they increased the time and it burned me out. Plus, I was worried about my achilles snapping so I whiched to yoga and swimming.

I did the fit test and loved it. It was defiantly hard but it was a great cardio and strength work out. I run bike and swim a lot, so my plan is to do insanity 3 times a week. Add me along with anyone else that does Insanity or runs, bikes or swims

    Hi there,

Insanity is by far the hardest program I think out there. I lost close to 20 lbs doing it but nutrition is so important. I do a fat shredder nutrition plan ( high protein diet ) 50% of my daily calories is protein, 30% is carbs and 20% is fat.

Send me a friend request if you like, my food diary might give you some meal ideas?

I completely agree with this. I am still doing it even though I completed it. I am just not where I want to be yet. I didn't follow the nutrition plan, but I wish I had. I feel like my results would have been a whole lot better. As it is I lost about 13 pounds and 5.5 inches from my belly and 5.5 inches from my hips. I went back and did a couple of weeks of month 1 and I was releived to see that I can actually keep up now and I am able to push way harder than before, but I still struggle with pushups. I'm back to month 2 this week and I am trying to add in alot more protein. Good luck to you and stick with it. It is so fun to see the progress.

I just did my Day #50 today. So far I really like it. I didn't do the meal plan but, I've been eating healthy since I started. I already met my weight goal when finished my first month. Now, I'm doing it to improve my performance on the soccer pitch.

In my opinion, I feel that Insanity has a lot of cardio but not enough strength/resistance training. So, I also do TapouT XT on the side as a supplement.

Please feel free to add me as a friend or ask me any questions. Good luck and have fun.
