I'm having a nightmare, I'm going out with the girls tonight for dinner, drinks and the cinema and we've decided to go to TGI Fridays for a change (we usually go to Nando's) so as I've never been before I went ot have a look on their website and I'm met with
Why on earth do TGI Fridays not publish their calorie information?! Thats rubbish!! A salad can be anywhere between 500cals and 2000cals!!! How on earth am I supposed to decide what to eat?!?!
So my question is - has anyone been to TGI Fridays and can recommend something that seems low calorie? Obviously just looking at a menu it can be difficult to pick out the best option.
Thanks in advance :-)
We don’t publish specific calorific content, but all Friday’s meals come with the Five Easy Pieces Promise – if you would like to swap your fries for vegetable or salad, just ask as we’re happy to adapt any meal to suit our guests tastes and dietary requirements.

I seriously hope you are kidding..
To OP:
Eat what you want.. and box up half.
Know that what is on the nutrional info would be if you ate the whole thing in one sitting, and there is nothing says you have to eat whole entree in one sitting.
At TGI Fridays, I had their Cheesy Chicken which isn't bad.. and I also like their grilled chicken sandwich or their chicken fingers.0 -
