Done!! 150 lying triceps extensions on bowfelx 15 pounds of resistance per side!!! My arms are now jello!!!0

Done. 1 set of 100. started with 30lbs and dropped one at 70 to finish the last 30 with 15. All at the end of a 30 minute Bi, Forearm, Tri workout. (B, F.....T).0
