    bio test gave me a 25.. im 45 with three kids (14, 11,11.. yes twins)
    defently in the best shape i have been in

    49 in August and totally celebrating my years! I have two grown girls 25 & 19 and getting in better shape than I've been in years and I'm happily married to a wonderful man 9 yrs younger than me.

    I just checked my biological age... 22 (actual age is 42). Not too bad!!!! The only area I need help in is that I am not in a relationship. This is funny to me because I just signed my divorce papers 2 days ago. :laugh:
