    Great thread.. someone told me to post on here and I have to say I have not felt this great EVER !!!! 40 and loving it ! I have abs and lost 73 lbs. I love sex / sexy clothes.. and I feel better than I ever..ever did ! Go us "oldies.. but goodies..rite ? lol

    I just did the biological test and it says that I am 23!! It said that I need to sleep more and eat more fruits and vegetables!! WOW!

    I just did the biological test and it said I'm 25!!! I just need some more sleep was the only suggestion. Not too bad for this 40 year-old mom of 2. :bigsmile:

    49 in August and totally celebrating my years! I have two grown girls 25 & 19 and getting in better shape than I've been in years and I'm happily married to a wonderful man 9 yrs younger than me.
