Building muscle

I am 6 foot 2 and 180lbs. I am at 1800 calories per day. I want to know gain muscle. Does anyone know a good daily calorie range to help build muscle?

    How serious are you? What program are you on?
    About 2900-3200 calories per day. Eat at slightly above maintenance. Drink your f****n milk.

    TDEE + 500 to 800 calories for a bulk.

    So at least 2200 calories. Can I jog a few times a week and do strength training 4 days a week?

    How are figureing as low as 2200 at 6'2" amd 180 lbs? What are you calculating your TDEE as and how? I'd guess your TDEE at about 2500 then add for the bulk.
