My workout NSV!

So today I was scheduled for a 60 minute cardio session (I plan my workouts in advance if not I WONT do them lol) but I really wasnt feeling the gym and I was insanely tired from a longgg week. But I got my *kitten* together and did 30 minutes of "boring" workouts then decided to try kickboxing, which I now have found that I love (if you haven't tried it you definately should!) I still had about 10 workout minutes left so for fun I did the cupid shuffle, the wobble, and the electric slide for a cool down. Weirdest workout I've ever done but now I'm not as grumpy. The old me would've said "screw this workout" but I stuck through it which is a big accomplishment! I am so proud of myself! <--- sorry for rambling (:

    I think we all hit that point where it's so much easier to blow off the work out and just be a bum...great job getting motivated and finding a workout you actually like!
