I am training for an olympic triathlon & have been doing 2 a day workouts. So a run or swim/run or weights workout (mainly kettlebells) followed by a 2nd workout cycling usually.0 -

Wednesday: 157 calories

hey everyone im new to this sight and i just had a question. are the calories burned accurate for the activities? i swim laps in my pool everyday so i add swimming freestyle, moderate and its like 800 calories burned. does that seem right to you guys?0
