Just completed 100 bent knee pushups.

Friday 7/13 -- 50 Burpees
Saturday 7/14 -- 100 Leg Lifts (50 on each leg)
Sunday 7/15 -- 10 1 min planks
Monday 7/16 -- 100 squats
Tuesday 7/17 -- 150 crunches0 -
Checking in.. I managed 50 push ups last night, which I'm pretty impressed with! lol.0

Wednesday: 10 regular pushups, 90 "girl" pushups...Done and my arms are sore!0

Starting a day late, but got Wed and Thur done this morning. Kinda feel like I'm cheating but I did the 100 jumping jacks with my insanity warm up and 80 of the 100 pushups same way, just hammered out the last 20 before cooling down. 50 burpees will be a challenge! I'm game
