Hi everyone, I am new to MFP this is my first week and it has not gone as well as I have planned, but today is a new day and I will be successful today. I am 38 my goals include losing 80lbs being more flexible and gaining strengh. I want to be able to get out and play with my kids, go hiking do outdoor things have adventures. Friend me we can encourage each other.
