I' ve been on here for a few years on and off but have been pretty dedicated since the 1st of the year. The forums have been helpful in keeping me motivated. Just looking for friends in the KY area who might need motivation or who can be motivating. I'd love to find people to do mud runs and hike with!

    So there is a mud run in Madison Tn on August 18th. There is also another mud run on August 25 in Alvaton KY called the BG Gaulent. I'm doing both!

    Yay! I'm from the bluegrass state! Due to my husband's job, we had to move to southern Indiana, but we are NOT hoosiers. I was raised in Louisville almost my whole life.

    Just outside of Lexington KY. I am doing the rugged maniac in Indiana on August 25th. It's just across the state line. I'm pretty pumped! I had no clue so many Kentucky people were on here!!!!!!

    Also if you want to know about mud runs, you can visit www.ruggedmaniac.com There's several different ones. This one is a 5K but some go up to marathon levels.

    You wanna talk about Northern Kentucky? I grew up in Covington. That's as north as you can get. LOL. I actually live in Ohio now, about 45 minutes North of the river, but work in Downtown Cincinnati....

    I am from Louisville, KY ...I just moved out to Oldham County KY a year ago...It's about 25-30 miles north of Louisville.

    I am definitely going to check out the mud runs too...They sound fun!!

    I'm in Oboro! Born in Lexington, moved all over the state, went to Western for college, decided that I like Owensboro the best.
