    That is a great article and I see myself in that so much it is scary! How interesting that they chose Thursday because that is also my start day for the week of exercise and weigh ins! I chose it because I find it easier to work out on weekends than weekdays! Lately (and I think this is what is keeping me successful since this is the longest I have dieted without giving up or caving in to the "I'll start Monday" routine) I have told myself that the second I "splurge" I get back on track. I also imagine each 50 calories over my limit as a pound I will gain back which is an excellent deterrent to eat more after I have already splurged!

    Plus, I allow myself to eat what I want in situations like the one in the article. Because it won't be a lifestyle change if I don't enjoy it. Just rework your calories or plan ahead to allow yourself to indulge without ruining all your hard work for the day!

    Perfect timing...I was getting grumpy about not being able to share the big bag of Lays Potato Chips sitting in the breakroom with the rest of my co-workers and then i read this article.
