    Depends on what you find attractive. It can be, if done properly.

    I think as long as you are clean, and take care of yourself.. it really doesnt matter the color, or if they are even painted..

    That said.. my hubby prefers polish, but he doesnt care the color, although black does not look good on me with reddish hair and freckles. ;)

    I wear a deep red/burgundy color which basically looks black. My husb. loves it on me.

    Jsherrill92: you'd be surprised how much ugly nails/hands can kill it. Just saying.

    I dont think guys notice nails unless they are way too long and impossible to not notice.

    I dont like plain black polish but I do like black with a design on them.

    guys talk about a lot of aspects of women but i have never heard a guy mention a woman's nails. unless they are really outlandish then we just wonder wtf?

    I am the exact opposite of black nails. I like to put on sparkly glitter polish or bright colors. Although, I do like black nails for girls. I'm too keen on it when it comes to guys.

    I don't think Nail varnish really adds to hotness that much...but if pushed I'd say hot! (I wear it sometimes :P)

    Obviously it's not going to be THE factor contributing to one's hotness! I personally like it and it makes me feel hot; therefore I rock it. I won't stop wearing it just because others disagree. I'm just curious as to other opinions.

    I rock the black polish sometimes. If someone is super pale then I think its looks kinda funny but if you have a tan I think it looks good

    Edited too add...you obviously are tan so you can pull it off all day!

    I like sparkly stuff and my boyfriend always goes off on me about how it is for kids and that I need to wear colors appropriate for my age. It is very annoying.

    the hands matter, as my hands slimmed down through this progress, my nails get noticed more and more by so many people...and I totally rock the black, the dark blue so dark it almost looks black and the red so red it almost looks black...i rock them all...

    and I have had MANY compliments on them from men (and women) so men out there do notice....but the hands have to look good or it totally kills it.

    hmm i have an office job, so i like to have nicely manicured nails, whether is the typical french nails, or crazy bright colours, i love it, and people definitely notice your hands when you do paperwork etc.
