I did a whole bunch of jumping jacks yesterday (950 straight) and I felt my foot hurting shortly after. It got worse today especially when I tried working out on it. It's like a very sore, tight, uncomfortable feeling in the top of my foot. Can anyone tell me if this could possibly be tendentious? And what should I do?

If it's an 'itis' of any sort you'll want to ice it for the first 72 hours, up to 20 minutes at a time to help alleviate inflammation which causes more pain. If it remains tender you may want to see a physician to rule out any stress fractures or other issues since those can be commonly felt on the top of the foot.
Happy icing!0 -
