Hi, I'm new to myfitnesspal and I've been seeing a lot of posts about NSV. I was just wondering what it stood for.

    Non Scale Victory. Like going for a week with no weight loss on the scale but an old shirt suddenly fits now.

    The small things that continue to motivate you! Being able to comfortably fasten an airplane seatbelt, able to walk up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing, or passing up the office donuts!
